The Bækbølling Gamle Mejeri Gardens are not your run of the mill gardens, but an example of what happens when Mother Nature is allowed to have her way for several decades. These past years we have worked hard to remove dead and overgrown trees, and weeds, to get the frame of the old gardens back. Some parts of the old gardens will be restored, on the rest we will put our own mark.

There is still a lot of work to do and large parts of the garden are still wild, but there's plenty to see already. The new structure of the garden can be seen in some parts, and we've started replanting certain areas.
